Your mission
- Administration and maintenance of the ERA customer database, including VIP and key account records
- Maintenance and updating of individual and organisational customer data
- Processing and administration of event bookings and registrations
- First point of contact for general customer enquiries (e.g. regarding events, discounts, payment methods)
- Coordination with the accounting department for invoicing and payment reconciliation
- Ensuring adherence to data protection and compliance requirements when handling customer data
- Analysis and optimisation of data quality and support for the further development of CRM processes
- Interface management between CRM, ERP, the website and other internal applications
Your profile
- Completed training or degree in data management, information management, marketing or a comparable qualification.
- Alternatively: Several years of experience working with CRM systems and customer data.
- Enjoys direct customer contact and a service-oriented approach to work.
- Confident user of MS Office and common database/CRM systems.
- Structured approach to work and high accuracy.
- Excellent command of German and English.
